2. Does the visitor need to install any app?
No. The visitor receives the QR Code by email and presents it through their own phone's browser. No app to install, no account to create, no extra steps before entering.
3. How long is visitor data stored?
The retention period is configurable and follows LGPD guidelines. By default, data is retained for the minimum time necessary for security and audit purposes. The administrator defines the retention policy according to the company's requirements.
4. How does automatic host notification work?
When the visitor clicks "confirm arrival" in the invitation email, the host receives an automatic notification with the visitor's name and arrival time. The QR Code is then generated. Everything happens automatically, with no human contact in between.
