Talk to our team1. Does access control integrate with any turnstile system?
WiseOffices native integration is with W-Access. For other systems, integration is developed upon request. We have already built integrations for enterprise clients and incorporated them into the product. Contact us to assess feasibility with your specific system.
2. Is it possible to configure access by time and area?
Yes. Access is configurable by user group, area, floor, room, and time window. An employee can have access to certain floors only during working hours. Visitors receive a temporary credential valid only for the area and time of the appointment. Outside that window, access is not granted.
3. How does automatic provisioning via ENTRA ID work?
Provisioning via ENTRA ID (Azure AD) is available as an add-on. New employees created in Azure AD automatically get access configured in WiseOffices without manual IT intervention. Offboarding is processed automatically, revoking access immediately. Registration in the access control system is required for physical access release.
4. Is the access log available for audit?
Yes. The log records every access event with full traceability, integrated with the booking and attendance history of the Workplace OS. Available for audit by contract.
5. Does Access Control work without Automatic Check-in?
Yes. They are independent modules. Access Control manages who can enter and records the access event. Automatic Check-in can use that event, among other modes, to record attendance in the Workplace OS. They can be contracted separately or together, depending on operational needs.
