Automatic attendance recording, without depending on anyone
Automatic Check-in closes this cycle without the employee needing to do anything at all, delivering to Facilities the real occupancy data and to HR the attendance evidence that the hybrid policy requires.

The difference between booking and attendance is in how you manage it
Every company with a hybrid model has two questions that nobody can answer with certainty: how many people are in the office right now, and who came to the office this week.
The first answer usually comes from bookings, and the second from HR spreadsheets, manual badges, or trusting the employee's word. Neither is reliable enough to support policy, benefits, or space decisions.
Automatic Check-in exists so that attendance is data, not an estimate.
For HR that needs data-based attendance
Companies with attendance targets, frequency-linked benefits, or formal hybrid policies need data that does not depend on employee self-reporting.
Attendance frequency by employee and team, without spreadsheets and without self-reporting
Attendance history by period, auditable basis for hybrid policy evaluation
Structured data for linking attendance to benefits, bonuses, or attendance targets
Report by team and manager, complete visibility without micromanagement
Ranking of groups and employees who attend the office most
Three ways to record attendance automatically
The company chooses the method that fits the infrastructure it already has.
What Automatic Check-in enables
"Employees will feel monitored?"
Automatic Check-in records presence in the office. It does not track location, movement, or behavior within the space. The most accurate analogy is a time badge: it confirms the person was there, not what they did while they were there.
Privacy first
Automatic Check-in knows who was present, but not what they did
Recording presence and tracking behavior are completely different things. Automatic Check-in was designed to do only the first.
Attendance data, not behavior or continuous location data

Talk to our team1. Does Automatic Check-in record attendance in real time?
Yes, in real time. As soon as the attendance event is detected, whether by Wi-Fi connection, camera recognition, or turnstile access, the record is created immediately. The manager's dashboard reflects the current office situation with no delay.
2. Does facial recognition store employee images?
No. The camera has embedded AI that processes locally. Only the attendance confirmation travels through the network, via the user's ID or email, with no image and no name. No image is stored or transmitted at any point.
3. Does Automatic Check-in work without integration with access control?
Yes. Access control is one of three available modes, not a requirement. Automatic Check-in also works via Corporate Wi-Fi or camera with embedded AI, completely independent of any physical access system.
4. What is the difference between Automatic Check-in and WiseSense?
They are complementary data of different natures. Automatic Check-in records attendance by employee: who was in the office, when, and which team. WiseSense measures anonymous occupancy by space: how many people are in an area, without identifying who they are. One answers "who came." The other answers "how the space was used."
5. Is Automatic Check-in compliant with LGPD?
Yes. The product was developed with privacy as an architectural requirement. In camera mode, no image is stored or transmitted. Only the attendance confirmation via user ID or email is recorded. The data collected is about attendance, not behavior or continuous location tracking. Approved in enterprise client security audits.
6. How does attendance data appear for the HR team?
HR accesses an attendance panel with views by employee, team, manager, and period. Reports can be exported, minimum attendance alerts can be configured, and data can be crossed with other HR information. The data is structured for integration with payroll and benefits systems.
7. Does Automatic Check-in integrate with ENTRA ID?
Yes. Provisioning via ENTRA ID (Azure AD) is available as an add-on. New employees created in Azure AD automatically get platform access configured. Offboarding is processed automatically, with no manual IT intervention required.
8. How is the employee photo registration done for the camera method?
The employee receives an email and completes registration directly within the WiseOffices app. The process is simple, fast, and requires no action from the IT team.
