Stop paying for space nobody uses
Your real estate contract costs millions per year, but do you know if you are using the space you are paying for? WiseSense measures who actually uses the space without relying on anyone, with occupancy data, anonymously, and with 95% accuracy.

How much of your physical space is actually being used?
The most common answer in companies is "about 60%". But where does that number come from? From perception, from the manager who sees the office full on Thursday, from estimates, because no instrument has ever truly measured it, or from accumulated intuition over the years.
WiseSense is the first real occupancy data the CFO has ever had about the physical space.
Schedule a WiseSense demoA workstation in Brazil costs between R$35,000 and R$40,000 per year
If your portfolio has 500 workstations and booking data indicates 60% occupancy, but real occupancy, measured by sensor, is 38%, you are paying for 310 more workstations than you use. That is R$12.4 million per year in space nobody occupies. With booking data alone, that cost never surfaces, but with WiseSense, it shows up in the first week.
Calculate the cost of my space
The sensor does the work, the employee does not need to do anything
WiseSense operates completely autonomously. Installed in the environment, the sensor measures presence continuously, 24 hours a day, and delivers data already structured for analysis.
What it measures
People flow by space
Real-time occupancy
Peak and low usage
Average dwell time
Comparison between spaces
What it answers
How many people passed through each area in each period
How many people are currently in each area
Times and days with highest and lowest presence per space
How long people stay in each area
Which areas are most and least used on the same floor or building
Designed for those who manage more than one space, without losing visibility into any location
Analysis level
What can be seen
Real estate portfolio
Occupancy comparison across all units
Building
Total occupancy by period: peak, average, and underutilization
Floor
Which floors are most used and at what times
Specific space
Room, collaborative area, kitchen, corridor: each area with its own data
Day of the week
Usage patterns: Monday vs Friday, beginning vs end of month
Time of day
Hour-by-hour occupancy: identifies waste and peak demand
Data you can present to leadership with confidence
WiseSense guarantees at least 95% accuracy in people counting. This means the data is reliable enough to support high-impact decisions: real estate contract renegotiation, space resizing, opening or closing floors.
Without occupancy sensor
Occupancy estimated by perception or spreadsheet
Real estate decision based on intuition
No visibility by floor, area, or time
Data only exists when someone logs something
With WiseSense
Occupancy measured continuously, without human intervention
Decision based on data with 95%+ accuracy
Granularity by portfolio, building, floor, and space
Data exists from day one, with no onboarding needed
WiseSense only knows how many people are in the space, but not who they are
The sensor has embedded AI that processes images locally and converts them into numerical data before any transmission. No image leaves the sensor.
To access the sensor directly, a physical on-site connection is required. It has no internet access. The only element connected to the network is the gateway, and the only data transmitted between sensor and gateway is already processed data: number of people, not images.
Embedded AI: images are processed locally and never transmitted
Sensor with no internet access: direct access requires physical on-site connection
Only numerical data travels through the network, never images
Zero biometric data collected or stored
100% anonymous data: the sensor counts people, does not identify who they are
Fully compliant with LGPD, with no legal risk for the company
Approved in enterprise client security audits

Analytics
Native dashboards with real occupancy by space, attendance frequency, room performance, facilities tickets, and cost per workstation. Reports exportable in PDF and XLSX.
"The sensor has a cost, so how do
I know the return justifies the
investment?"
The answer is mathematical.
A workstation costs between R$35,000 and R$40,000 per year. If WiseSense reveals that 15% of your space is being underutilized, a conservative number for companies with a hybrid model, and that information supports a contract renegotiation or floor plan redesign, the return on investment in the sensor happens in weeks, not years.
The cost of WiseSense is predictable. The cost of continuing to pay for space nobody uses is invisible, until it shows up on the P&L.

Talk to our team1. Does WiseSense use a camera?
Yes, but the camera never transmits images. The sensor has embedded AI that processes images locally and converts them into numerical data (people counting) before any transmission. No image leaves the sensor, no image travels through the network. The sensor has no internet access: to access it directly, a physical on-site connection is required. The only transmitted data is the number of people, already anonymized at the source.
2. How does the sensor guarantee 95% accuracy?
WiseSense uses a camera with embedded AI, with local image processing on the sensor itself. The counting algorithm is calibrated for corporate environments and continuously validated. The minimum 95% accuracy is guaranteed by contract.
3. Is WiseSense compliant with LGPD?
Yes. WiseSense was designed with privacy as an architectural requirement. The camera processes images locally using embedded AI. No image is transmitted, stored, or remotely accessible. The sensor has no internet access. The only data that travels through the network is the number of people, already anonymized at the source. Zero biometric data is collected or stored. Approved in enterprise client security audits.
4. Is it possible to see the occupancy of multiple buildings in a single dashboard?
Yes. WiseSense was designed for portfolio management. It provides a consolidated view of all units with drill-down by building, floor, and specific space. Ideal for companies with multiple offices or corporate real estate managers.
5. Does WiseSense depend on a booking system to work?
No. WiseSense is completely independent. It does not depend on WiseDesk, WiseRoom, WiseTicket, or any other booking system. It can be contracted as a standalone solution and works from day one, with no user onboarding.
6. What is the difference between WiseSense and WiseDesk or WiseRoom data?
They are complementary data. WiseDesk and WiseRoom record planned space usage, bookings, and scheduling. WiseSense records actual usage, physical presence confirmed by sensor, independent of any booking. For spaces that are never booked (corridors, kitchens, open collaborative areas), WiseSense is the only data available. They can be used together or independently.
7. How does occupancy data appear in the dashboard?
Data appears in real time in the WiseSense panel, with views by portfolio, building, floor, space, day, and time. Native dashboards come ready in Analytics. For full customization with the company’s visual identity, WhiteBox Analytics allows creating dashboards specific to each persona.
